By creating a NewsBill account as a Reader or Vendor, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or use the service.
You must provide accurate registration details (name, phone, and optional email). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and WhatsApp OTP secure. You must be authorized to manage newspaper billing for the locations and readers you handle.
Vendors may create bills, manage readers, accept cash/UPI payments, and use chat features as provided. You agree not to misuse reader data, and to collect only what is needed for delivery and billing. UPI details you publish must belong to you or your business.
Readers may view bills, request papers, and pay vendors through the app. You agree that payment confirmation (cash or online) must match arrangements with your vendor. NewsBill facilitates records; disputes about delivery or rates should be resolved with your vendor first.
We may send one-time passwords and service messages to your registered mobile number via WhatsApp or other channels. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
You must not use NewsBill for fraud, spam, harassment, unauthorized access, or to store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or create risk for other users.
We process account, billing, and messaging data to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for details. You may request correction of your profile information from within the app.
NewsBill is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses caused by network outages, incorrect user input, or third-party payment apps.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes may be notified in-app or on the website.
